- On the 18th of April, 1984 in La Mesa, California, Karen Lee Garner and David Forest Seaton brought to life not a mere child, but rather a phenomenon; a phenomenon that, in 1998, was named "Worst Phenomenon Ever" by Time Magazine. Some time circa 2004 he made the fatal error of deciding he wanted to become an actor and move to Los Angeles, which he ultimately did in 2008. And now, the phenomenon endures...
